The 2012 District VI Summer Conference will be held August 9-11, 2012. Conference registration details will be coming at a later date, but you can secure your room early by contacting the hotel as indicated on page two. Remember to request the special "NECA" room rate. The District VI Council Meeting will take place at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in Anaheim, California. Guest rooms are $229.00, plus 15% city tax and 2% ATID assessment tax. To make your guest room reservation, please contact the hotel Reservations Department at 714.520.5005 and reference the "NECA" block or online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/GCWH12A

 

Reservations must be made by Friday, July 6th in order to receive the discounted group rate.

 

*The NECA rates are available three days prior to and after the meeting dates. If you would like to take advantage of this discount, please be sure to secure your guest rooms at your earliest convenience.

 

 

Guest room cancellations must be made 3 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days are subject to a one night guest room rate charge.
