With NECA’s legislative priorities focused on securing jobs for contractors, obtaining real pension relief, modifying the estate tax, repealing the 3% withholding provision, and curtailing worker misclassification, we anticipate productive action when our 2010 Legislative Conference comes to Washington, D.C.
